Helen-Megi Metsamagi
Founder & Director
Senior Clinical Consultant
With degrees and professional background in law and social work, Helen is a passionate advocate for the rights of people with disabilities. She has a special interest in the intersection of mental illness and law, including forensic mental health.
Helen is a registered specialist behavior support practitioner and clinician who has years of experience working both in health and mental health sectors specialising in working with people with cognitive disability.
Helen continues to look for innovative solutions and work closely with various government and non-government organisations, as well as universities, to establish these in the work of Collective Coordination.
In addition to English, Helen is also fluent in Estonian.

Maria Calligeris
Support Coordinator
Maria is an experienced Social Worker who can provide Support Coordination and help put your NDIS plan into action. She can connect you to supports and services in the community, help you understand and use your NDIS plan and ensure that you are well on your way to meeting your goals.
Maria also works in the hospital system case managing clients with disabilities and complex needs. Using her knowledge of community services she is able to comprehensively assess you and ensure you receive the care and support you need.
Maria has experience working within the mental health system and understands the psychosocial needs of an NDIS client. She has provided advocacy and support in the areas of Housing and Centrelink and is a passionate advocate for people with disabilities. She has assisted many clients with their NDIS applications and reviews.
In addition to English, Maria is also fluent in Greek.

Simonne Turner
Support Coordinator
Simonne is an experienced Social Worker who can provide Support Coordination and help put your NDIS plan into action. She will assist you in understanding your NDIS plan and the funding and find the right services in the disability, community, health, housing or other area of need.
Simonne also works in the community health assessment and therapy team. She is skilled in psychosocial assessments, supportive counselling and has an in dept understanding into supported and substitute decision making (guardianship and financial management).
Simonne has experience working within the hospital, aged care and disability sectors in various roles in Sydney, London and New York. She is a passionate advocate for people with disability assisting them to live their best life with right supports.

Danitta Calle
Accountant
Danitta is an accountant and registered tax agent providing Collective Coordination with a financial support and expertise.
Danitta can assist by:providing bookkeeping and taxation related services.
In addition to English, Danitta is also fluent in Spanish.
